All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is placed, you will get an order confirmation email from us.

Your order will be shipped within three business days.

You will receive a tracking id from our shipping partners to keep you up to date on your order.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Maayerifits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Maayerifits is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim within 24 hours. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

While we investigate your claim, below pointers need to be kept in mind:

claim will be fulfilled only if the items are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags

You may be required to give the following information:

1) a short description of the damage (to help us understand the situation)

2) the snapshots of the packet and other boxes (if any) (try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged)

the refund for prepaid/cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation.

You may not be liable for a refund, in any of the scenarios stated below:

1) failure to provide adequate information about the case.

2) failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any) if a pilferage delivery was received. pilferage claims must be made the same day.

3) you must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post - delivery. we might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

4) shipping cost of return or replacement of damaged product is to be borne by the customer in case of international shipping or in case where value of product is below Rs. 999.
