What is Vinyasa/Flow Yoga?
In a Vinyasa Yoga class, you will flow from 1 asana to another in a creative sequence – connecting your breath to movement. I create unique sequences and flows making sure you fall in love with movement, your body, and mind. Being so dynamic Vinyasa Yoga classes are fun & feel good at the same time. Every class being different from the previous.
The class will leave you with a sense of feeling open, at ease, and being able to move pain-free. Read on to know more about why you should do Vinyasa Yoga.

✅ 60 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga including Yoga sculpt (Yoga with weights), Pranayama & Meditation

Is this class the best fit for you?
The best part about yoga is that it can be modified as per “your” body’s needs. Every pose and every flow has multiple ways of being approached while maintaining its benefits. Thus there is no pre-requirement for taking these classes and are open to all. All the necessary alignments to come into an asana safely, build strength, and flow through the poses will be explained in detail. We will also use props like the wall, chairs, or blocks wherever needed.
However if in case there have been any past health conditions or surgeries, please let me know in advance so I can guide you better in the class.
